Retirement of Director – Robert Pullar
Cromwell Property Group (ASX: CMW) ( Cromwell ) announces the retirement of Non-Executive Director Robert Pullar with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting. Mr Robert Pullar has retired as a director of Cromwell Corporation Limited and Cromwell Property Securities Limited.
Mr Pullar joined the Board in 2002 and has been an active contributor to the Board and its Committees over the years. Cromwell Chairman Geoff Levy thanked Mr Pullar for his contribution.
