New Alternate Director for Marc Wainer, Non-Executive Director
Property and funds manager Cromwell Property Group (ASX: CMW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Geoffrey Cannings as the alternate director for Mr Marc Wainer, a South African based non-executive director of Cromwell Property Group.
In July 2011, Mr Cannings was appointed alternate for Mr Mike Watters, a non-executive director of the Group based in London. Mr Cannings, who is Queensland based, will continue to act in this role.
