RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE MEMBER
Ms Suzanne Morgan has resigned as Company Secretary of the Cromwell Group. Ms Morgan has been the Group’s Company Secretary since 30 January 2007.
Management and the Board of Cromwell Group would like to take this opportunity to thank Suzanne for all of her effort during her tenure as Company Secretary, and to wish her well for her future endeavours.
Cromwell Group (ASX: CMW) confirms the appointment of Ms Nicole Riethmuller as new Company Secretary effective from 11 November 2008.
Ms Riethmuller brings approximately 14 years experience as a corporate lawyer to the role having worked primarily in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Cromwell, Ms Riethmuller was General Counsel at the Queensland Investment Corporation where she headed the in-house legal team. Before that she was a Senior Associate in the Funds Management team at Minter Ellison lawyers in Sydney.
Ms Riethmuller has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
In line with the above, Cromwell Property Securities Limited ABN 11 079 147 809 advises that Ms Riethmuller is appointed as a member of the Compliance Committee for the Cromwell Diversified Property Trust ARSN 102 982 598 and the other registered schemes for which it acts as responsible entity effective today, in place of Ms Morgan who has resigned from this role.
