CROMWELL PROPERTY GROUP ANNUAL GENERAL AND GENERAL MEETINGS 2023
Real estate investor and fund manager, Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW), advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Cromwell Corporation Limited (Cromwell) and the General Meeting of unitholders of Cromwell Diversified Property Trust (AGM 2023) will be held on Wednesday 1 November 2023 at 2.00pm AEST at Cromwell Property Group, Level 19, 200 Mary Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
AGM 2023 will be conducted as a hybrid meeting, which means that Cromwell shareholders can participate using an online platform provided by Cromwell’s registry, Link Market Services Limited, or attend in person in Brisbane. The Notice of Meeting for AGM 2023, will include further information about the hybrid meeting.
In accordance with clause 66.2 of the Cromwell constitution, the closing date for the receipt at Cromwell’s registered office of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of Cromwell at AGM 2023 is Tuesday 12 September 2023.
This announcement is made in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
