CROMWELL CORPORATION LIMITED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) advises that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Cromwell Corporation Limited (Cromwell) (AGM 2021) will be held on Wednesday 17 November 2021 at 2.00pm AEST at Cromwell Property Group, Level 19, 200 Mary Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.

AGM 2021 will be conducted as a hybrid meeting, which means that Cromwell shareholders can participate through an online platform provided by Cromwell Property Group’s registry, Link Market Services Limited, or (subject to government restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic) attend in Brisbane. The Notice of Meeting for AGM 2021, to be issued in October 2021, will include further information about the hybrid meeting.

The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of Cromwell at AGM 2021 is Tuesday 28 September 2021, which is 35 business days before AGM 2021, in accordance with clause 66.2 of the Cromwell constitution.
