This Offer is being made in terms of Rule 19(2)(b) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, as amended ("SCRR") read with Regulation 31 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended ("SEBI ICDR Regulations"). The Offer is being made in accordance with Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and through a book building process wherein not more than 50% of the Offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Qualified Institutional Buyers ("QIBs', and such portion, the "QIB Portion"). Our Company, the Individual Promoter Selling Shareholder and the Investor Selling Shareholders may, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers, allocate up to 60% of the QIB Portion to Anchor Investors on a discretionary basis in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations ("Anchor Investor Portion"), out of which at least one-third shall be reserved for allocation to domestic Mutual Funds only, subject to valid Bids being received from the domestic Mutual Funds at or above the Anchor Investor Allocation Price, in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations. अर्ज कसा करायचा? विद्यापीठाच्या

mum.digitaluniversity.ac संकेतस्थळावर देण्यात आलेल्या लिंकवर क्लिक करावे ( click on-Mumbai University Pre Admission online $Region \quad {88,88}$ विद्यार्थ्याने स्वतःबद्दलची माहिती भरून नोंदणी करायची आहे. त्यानंतर मोबाइल क्रमांकावर युझर आयडी आणि पासवर्ड मिळेल. त्यानंतर आवश्यक माहिती भरून विद्यार्थ्यांनी छायाचित्र आणि स्वाक्षरी अपलोड करायची आहे. त्यानंतर शिक्षणक्रम आणि महाविद्यालये विद्यार्थ्यांना निवडता येतील.
