Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG)  announces that the Company has been advised that Roberto Fiorentino, CEO, and his spouse transferred ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company held by them from their dealing accounts to their ISAs.

On 29 October 2024, Mr Fiorentino sold 248,000 Ordinary Shares at 67.5p per Ordinary Share from his dealing account and subsequently purchased 248,000 Ordinary Shares at 67.5p per Ordinary Share into his ISA. In addition on 29 October 2024, Mrs Fiorentino sold 244,000 Ordinary Shares at 67.5p per Ordinary Share from her dealing account and subsequently purchased 244,000 Ordinary Shares at 67.5p per Ordinary Share into her ISA.

Following these transactions Mr Fiorentino and his wife's total holdings remain unchanged at 3,867,537 Ordinary Shares.
