Result of AGM and Dividend Declaration

Croma Security Solutions Group plc is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 4 November 2014 were duly passed.

In addition, the Company has today declared an interim dividend for the current year of 0.3p per share to be paid on 8 January 2015 to shareholders on the register on 12 December 2014 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 11 December 2014.

Chairman Sebastian Morley said: "Our results for the year to June were very encouraging, and we have seen that performance continue into the current year.  The Board feels that we are in a position to declare an interim dividend, at a level which we can sustain and grow.  We remain confident of meeting performance expectations for the current year. "
