Croda completes acquisition of Iberchem

Croda International Plc ('Croda') today confirms that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Fragrance Spanish Topco, S.L., trading as Iberchem, a leading global fragrances and flavours company.

This follows the announcement on 18 November 2020 that Croda had reached an agreement to acquire Iberchem.
