In accordance with the provision of Article 474(3) of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette 65/18 and 17/20), CROATIA osiguranje d.d. (hereinafter: Company), with registered office in Zagreb, Vatroslava Jagića 33, PIN: 26187994862, hereby provides to the public the following information regarding its treasury shares:

• As at 22 April 2021, the Company does not hold its treasury shares, whether indirectly or via a person acting on their own behalf and for the Company's account;
• In the period between 1 January and 31 December 2020, the Company did not acquire or dispose of its treasury shares, and the Company's General Assembly did not authorise the Company to acquire its treasury shares;
• There is no programme for buyback of treasury shares in the Company;
• There is no employee share ownership plan in the Company.
