Dividend payments to shareholders of CROATIA osiguranje d.d.

(Inside information)

CROATIA osiguranje d.d. (Company) in accordance with Capital Market Law informs investment public regarding the proposition of dividend payment to holders of ordinary and preference shares of the Company from the net profit realized in 2023 and from the retained earnings realized from the Company's operations in the financial year 2022. The Company, in the past years has been operating successfully, with a growing level of profit and high capital adequacy rates, both at the level of the Company and at the level of the Group and it is expected that during 2024 the capital adequacy should be maintained above the level of 200%.

Therefore, the Management Board and Supervisory Board propose to General Assembly dividend payment from the retained earnings in the total amount of 16,049,146.52 euros or 37.35 euros per share and dividend payment from the net profit realized in 2023 in the total amount of 33,954,693.37 euros or 79.02 euros per share.
