Venture Minerals Limited (ASX: VMS) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Venture Minerals Limited (‘VMS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VMS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 10 December 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Venture Minerals Limited (ASX: VMS) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities immediately, pending the release of an announcement with regards to a capital raising.
The Company requests a trading halt from receipt of this request until the release of the intended announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Friday, 10[th] of December 2021.
The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX.
