51% of Idinvest Partners’ share capital is held by ADFI3 and all of the share capital of ADFI3 is held by IDI, a French company listed on Euronext Paris. All powers with respect to the voting and disposition of the ordinary shares owned by the Funds and managed by Idinvest Partners are maintained by an investment committee of Idinvest Partners.
