Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, was informed on 13 May 2016 that Crede CG III Ltd held 18,512,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as at 9 May 2016, representing 3.59% of the issued Ordinary Shares and voting rights of Amur.

The Company was also informed on 13 May 2016 that Crede CG III Ltd held 14,512,000 Ordinary Shares as at 10 May 2016, representing 2.82% of the issued Ordinary Shares and voting rights of Amur.
