NOTICE OF BOOK CLOSURE

• NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and in accordance with Regulation 47(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, April 1, 2021 to Friday, April 2, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the 34'" Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 and the payment of dividend, if approved by shareholders at the said AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on Monday, April 26, 2021.
