Kindly take on record that pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations), 2015, the Company’s Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended December 31, 2020 will be published before February 28, 2021 i.e. within a period of sixty days of the end of the financial year. Accordingly, the Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter of 2020 will not be published.

Please note that the Company Law Board had approved Company’s application under the proviso to Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 to follow the calendar year as the financial year and hence, in line with Company’s existing policy, the financial year of the Company will commence on January 1, 2021 and conclude on December 31, 2021.
