Notes:

1. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2020.

2. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards, as notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 and as specified in Section 133 of the Companies Act.

3. In compliance with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, an audit of the above results has been carried out by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The figures of quarters ended December 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018 are the balancing figures between audited figures of the full year ended December 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018 and unaudited published year to date figures up to period ended September 30, of the respective years.
