Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“ Listing Regulations ”)

We refer to our disclosure dated December 12, 2024, wherein Board of Directors of Crisil Limited, had approved an investment in the equity capital of Online PSB Loans Limited of an amount of Rs. 33.25 crores, to acquire a 4.08% stake in it, on post-money, fully diluted basis.

This is to inform that the definitive shareholders’ agreement in respect of the aforesaid investment has been signed today. The investment is subject to meeting customary closing conditions.
