This is in furtherance to our disclosure dated October 16, 2024, regarding signing of Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) for sale of business of Peter Lee Associates Pty Ltd (“PLA”) to CRISIL Irevna Australia Pty Ltd (“CRISIL Australia”). Both PLA & CRISIL Australia are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, based in Australia.

(100% completion) today i.e., December 2, 2024, and the sale is now effective. The final consideration (Net Asset Value as at date of closing i.e. December 2, 2024) is AUD 451,200. PLA will proceed for deregistration in due course.
