Sub: Intimation regarding changes to Senior Management Personnel of the Company under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations’)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Crisil has announced changes in its operating structure effective March 1, 2025, to address its evolving business needs.

This is to notify changes to Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company as the result of the above:

• Ms. Priti Arora (President - Global Capabilities Centre), Ms. Preeti Balwani (General Counsel), Ms. Sharmila Shah (Chief Marketing Officer) and Mr. Krishnan Sitaraman (Chief Ratings Officer - Crisil Ratings) will not be SMP of the Company due to change in their reporting hierarchy and/or operating structure change.

• Mr. Ashish Vora will take up a new role as President and Business Head - Data and Analytics.

The details of changes as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure A.
