Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has approved the following organisational changes aligned to the Company’s growth and talent strategy:

• Mr. Sanjay Chakravarti will transition from his current role as Chief Financial Officer to fully dedicate time as President - Risk and Compliance.

• Mr. Dinesh Venkatasubramanian will join as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.

We are enclosing herewith the brief details of the aforesaid changes as prescribed under the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure A & B.

Further, enclosing details of KMP for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information & making disclosures to the stock exchange(s) under Regulation 30(5) of Listing Regulations as Annexure C.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.45 p.m. IST and concluded at 4:55 p.m. IST today.
