Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, we hereby notify the role alignment changes in Company’s Senior Management Group effective August 12, 2024:

1. Gurpreet Chhatwal will transition from his current role as Managing Director of CRISIL Ratings Limited to Chief Operating Officer for CRISIL Limited

2. Subodh Rai will transition from his current role as President - Risk and Compliance for CRISIL Limited to Managing Director of CRISIL Ratings Limited

3. Sanjay Chakravarti in addition to his current responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CRISIL Limited will head the Risk and Compliance function for CRISIL

We are enclosing herewith the brief details of the aforesaid changes as prescribed under the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure A.
