Crimson Tide announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.crimsontide.co.uk. Letters have been issued to all shareholders advising them that the documents have been posted on the Company's website and hard copies will be sent to those shareholders who request them.

The Company's AGM will be held at Brockbourne House, 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, TN4 8BS on 30 June 2022 at 11.00am.
