Change of Auditor

Crimson Tide plc ("Crimson Tide" or "the Company"), the provider of the mpro5 solution, is pleased to announce that following a competitive tender process for appointment as the Company's Auditor, led by the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of PKF International Limited ("PKF") as the Company's Auditor. This appointment will be recommended for approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.

Shipleys LLP ("Shipleys") have been the Auditor for Crimson Tide since the Company joined the AiM market in 2006, and the Company's Board of Directors extends its appreciation to Shipleys for their services. Shipleys have resigned as the Company's Auditor and have confirmed to the Company that there are no matters connected with ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
