Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Crimson Tide announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.crimsontide.co.uk. Letters have been issued to all shareholders advising them that the documents have been posted on the Company's website and hard copies will be sent to those shareholders who request them.

The Company's AGM will be held at Oakhurst House, 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, TN4 8BS on 30 June 2020 at 11.00am. Further to UK Government instructions, the AGM will be held "behind closed doors" and shareholders must not attend the AGM in person. Shareholders' attention is drawn to explanatory note 1 of the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which details the special arrangements in place for the meeting in light of the COVID19 pandemic.
