Crimson Tide announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.crimsontide.co.uk. Letters have been issued to all shareholders advising them that the documents have been posted on the Company's website and hard copies will be sent to those shareholders who request them.

The Company's AGM will be held at Oakhurst House, 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 8BS on 29 June 2018 at 2.30pm.
