Notice of General Meeting

Crimson Tide, the provider of mpro5 - smart mobility as a service (AIM: TIDE), announces that a General Meeting ("GM") of the Company will be held at 11 a.m on 8 December 2017 at Oakhurst House, 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 8BS.

The GM will consider resolutions to renew authorities from shareholders to allot shares on a non-pre-emptive basis.  Authorities to allot shares were last sought from shareholders in June 2012 and expired in June 2017.

A notice convening the GM has been sent to shareholders and will be available to download from the Company's website shortly: www.crimsontide.co.uk
