Crimson Tide announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015 and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.crimsontide.co.uk. Letters have been issued to all shareholders advising them that the documents have been posted on the Company's website and hard copies will be sent to those shareholders who have requested them.

The Company's AGM will be held at 10 Orange Street, Haymarket, London, WC2H 7DQ on 28 June 2016 at 2.30pm and a copy of the AGM notice is on the Company's website.
