In accordance with the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Crimson Tide would like to notify the market of the following.

As at 30 April 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 657,486,234 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, carrying one voting right per share. This figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Crimson Tide under the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
