Director Resignation and change of responsibilities

Crimson Tide announces that Mr Jeremy Roth has resigned as a Director of the Company to pursue other interests and will leave the Company in September, 2013. His duties will be assumed by Mr Laurence D'Arcy, a Director of Crimson Tide's company in the Republic of Ireland and who has been with Crimson Tide since 2006.

Barrie Whipp, Executive Chairman, commented "I would like to thank Jeremy for his service and wish him well for the future. I am pleased that Laurence has agreed to assume a wider role and look forward to working with him directly to progress the exciting opportunities that lay ahead".
