Board Appointment

Further to the Company's announcement on 26 March 2025, the Board of Directors of Crimson Tide now confirms the appointment of Barrie Whipp as Interim Executive Chair of the Company, with immediate effect.  On this basis Jacqueline Daniell has today stepped off the Board.

James Joyce, Senior Independent Director at Crimson Tide commented:

"On behalf of the rest of the Board I'd like to place on record our gratitude to Jacqui for her considered and wise counsel during a difficult period for the Company.  The job in hand now is to bring some stability to the board with new executive appointments and the appointment of a permanent Independent Chair so we'll be working over the next few months to put that in place."
