Crimson Tide plc ("Crimson Tide" or "The Company") announces that Graham Ashley will retire from his role as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from November 30th, 2021. The Company has already initiated a search for a new independent Non-Executive Director.

Crimson Tide also announces that Jacqueline Daniell, Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Non-Executive Deputy Chair of the Company with immediate effect. 

Barrie Whipp, Chairman, said "Graham's contribution to Crimson Tide cannot be overstated. I have appreciated his wise counsel for over 15 years, and he will remain a shareholder and close friend of the company." 

"Since joining the Board in January, Jaqui's experience in deploying investment in a growing business has proved of great benefit. In her new role, I look forward to being able to draw on that more widely as she will help support the executive team in the next phase of our development."
