Crimson Tide is pleased to announce that Mr Robert Kenneth Todd (aged 49) has been appointed to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director. The Company also announces the resignation of Mr Rowley Stuart Ager from the Board of Directors.

Mr Todd founded Todd Meat Trading Co Ltd in 1989 and is a Director of that Company. Mr Todd was appointed as a Director of United Foods Direct Limited in 2012.

Mr Todd holds 8,450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 1.89 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

There are no further disclosures required in accordance with Rule 17 or Schedule 2 (Paragraph 2) of the AIM Rules.
