AGM statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Crimson Tide today at 11.00 am, Chris Fielding, Chair of the Company, will make the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that Crimson Tide has continued in its current financial year to see evidence of the impact of its new strategy, which is designed to result in sustainable growth.

We are aligning our cost base in a focussed manner for the business we anticipate conducting over the coming year and beyond. We continue to focus on renewing existing customer contracts (having renewed three of our largest five already this year) and building a pipeline of enterprise targets across our focus areas of retail, food safety and facilities management, as well as focussing on reducing churn across our client base. I am delighted to report ongoing progress across each of these objectives.

The Group's performance remains in line with the Board's expectations of re-establishing the foundations for growth in future years. Cash as at 29 October 2025 amounted to £1.33 million, a level which we expect to largely maintain through the rest of this financial year.

We anticipate announcing our interim results for the half year to 31 October 2025 before mid-December."
