AGM Resolutions and Update

Crimson Tide Plc (TIDE) is pleased to announce that at today's Annual General Meeting all resolutions were passed.

The performance of the Company in the first half of 2022 saw a good start to the year in respect of additions to Monthly Recurring Revenue for mpro5. Our pipeline has never been stronger and this includes, for the first time, new opportunities in the United States. Our partnership with Cisco is developing in both the United Kingdom and the United States and we recently were asked to be a demonstration partner at Cisco Live in Las Vegas.

Our new version of mpro5 for the trades market is on schedule for launch in the first week of September and following testing and potential user group feedback is expected to be a compelling offering. Marketing and radio campaigns have been booked to support the launch.

The Board is confident that we are making good progress towards this year's strategic targets and hopes to update the market on further developments soon.
