RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that on Friday, 2nd December 2022, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 7,422 Ordinary Shares at prices of €24.24 and €27.86 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £20.11 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 27,582,664 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 746,557,674.
