RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 5th September 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 8,469 Ordinary Shares at prices between €23.39 and €24.24, and at prices between £20.11 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,106,599 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 681,219,801.
