RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 29th April 2020, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,218 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £16.16 and £20.83 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,823,564 shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,816,774.
