CRH plc announces that yesterday, 30th December 2019, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 4,836 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 10,011,353 Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 789,628,985.
