RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 20th June 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 20,126 Ordinary Shares at the prices of €16.19 and €17.30 per Ordinary Share and at the prices between £12.22 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 5,108,871 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 838,281,467.
