Application has been made for a total of 52,974 Ordinary Shares of €0.32 each ("the Shares") to be admitted to (a) the Official Lists of the U.K. Listing Authority and the Irish Stock Exchange and (b)to the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities and the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Admission is expected to be granted on 14 th March 2016.

The shares have been issued under the Employee Share Participation Scheme. On issue the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
