INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

NOTIFICATION

As part of its ongoing investor relations activity CRH plc will issue an interim management statement at 7:00 a.m. BST on Wednesday 9 May 2012 in advance of its Annual General Meeting at 11:00 a.m.
