Attached is an English translation of the letter filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires on November 29, 2013 :

By letter dated November 29, 2013, the Company reported that it has signed a loan with IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anonima ("IRSA") for up to the sum of USD 26,500,000 for a period of 180 days at a rate of 1.5% (Nominal Annual Rate) in which the Company is the lender and IRSA, the borrower. The Audit Committee has no objections towards this transaction.
