Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and in furtherance to our intimation letter dated November 10, 2025, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as scheduled to be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, will now, consider and approve the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and halfyear ended September 30, 2025, as per the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).

Except, for the above change, there is no other modification in the intimation filed earlier on November 10, 2025.

Further, with reference to our letter dated September 25, 2025 and in terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and with the Company’s Code for Insider Trading Policy, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for Designated/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives will open after 48 hours from the time, the said financial results being made available publicly.
