In accordance with notification obligations under article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation, Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the following transactions by Chris Tinker (a Director of the Company) and Helen Tinker (a person closely associated ("PCA") with Chris Tinker):
1. On 27 March 2017 Mr and Mrs Tinker transferred the beneficial interest in 249,950 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company to certain charities.
