Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a), Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the Company) was notified on 29 March 2016 that Chris Tinker (a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR)) has carried out the following transactions in the Ordinary Shares of the Company:

1.       On 23 March 2016 Mr Tinker transferred the beneficial interest in 118,500 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company to certain charities.
