Director/PDMR Shareholding

Disposal of Shares to Charity

In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company was notified on 2 April 2015 that Chris Tinker (a person discharging managerial responsibility("PDMR")) transferred the beneficial interest in 181,200 Ordinary Share of 5 pence each in the Company to certain charities on 1 April 2015 as set out below:
