Exercise of Pre-IPO Share Options

In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R 3.1.2, Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the "Company") was notified on 11 April 2014 that Chris Tinker exercised options on 11 April 2014 granted to him on 11 February 2013 under the Company's pre-IPO share incentive arrangements over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company (Shares) held by the Company's employee benefit trust, as detailed below.
