Postponement of publication of the annual report 2018 until May 20, 2019 General Meeting will take place on June 20, 2019

Leuven, Belgium – April 30, 2019 – 18h00, Crescent NV, Gaston Geenslaan 14, 3001 Heverlee (Euronext Brussels: OPTI) The Board of Directors has decided to publish the annual report for the financial year 2018 by May 20, 2019 at the latest and has adjusted its financial calendar accordingly.

The annual general meeting will meet on June 20, 2019. A new convocation will be issued. The reason for this postponement is an administrative delay in the processing of accounting data from the 2018 transition year.
