Leuven, Belgium – July 2, 2019 – 20h00, Crescent NV, Gaston Geenslaan 14, 3001 Heverlee (Euronext Brussels: OPTI) announces approval by the FSMA on July 2, 2019 of the prospectus in the context of the admission to the trading of 1,071,255,834 additional shares following the capital increase of May 22, 2018, in accordance with article 18, §2, d of the Prospectus Act of June 16, 2006.

The total number of listed shares of Crescent NV will therefore increase from 297,584,091 to 1,368,839,925. The new shares will be listed from July 17 at the latest.

Crescent NV has also added corrected consolidated financial statements 2018 on its website, which correct the results per share in the previously published financial statements.
